Hello Everyone!

Updates: 6/15/2018

I just updated Amari’s Troop and Jollyroll’s Troop with all the new infants, birthdates, dates of death, and added in some color coding. Please let me know if you like the new format! I’ll be using it for all the troops and will be updating them shortly.

New Chat:

I have created a Discord Server (chat server) for people to connect and communicate! Please click on this link to get to the chat server: https://discord.gg/WVarR5h

It will prompt you to put in a name and then you can join. You can sign up on Discord if you would like an account you can sign in with, but it’s not required to participate in the chat.

If you’d like to learn more about Discord and how it works this is the link to their help center. https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us

Help Wanted:

I haven’t had a lot of time to dedicate to this website as of late. If you would like to contribute to the website, please join the chat server and send me an email.

I appreciate everyone’s patience! I apologize that I’ve been gone for such a long time.

I have the individual bios written up for the following monkeys and I’m currently trying to get good quality screenshots to go along with them. I will be taking names down once I have enough screenshots if you’d like to contribute. 🙂 Thanks!

I had someone ask if it was ok to share this website with other people and I totally forgot to put that on here. I’d be incredibly flattered if you would share the website with other people! 🙂 I generally link it to individuals who are confused over the identities of monkeys or are asking about Troop information.

This is a website dedicated to identifying and providing information on the Angkor Wat/Thom Monkeys that we’ve been following for the past few years. If you’d like to help by contributing to this website please use the contact page. If you’d like to see what type of information I’m looking to add to the website head over to How to Help.

I decided to start this because I am a regular lurker on Youtube. I was never quite brave enough to post (until now). When looking around for resources on the Angkor Monkeys I didn’t see any easy way to identify/understand the family trees. So I decided to start this simple website to help myself and others. Lately, I’ve been noticing more and more people are inquiring about the identities of these monkeys and wondering what troops they belong to. Due to the language barrier, it can be very difficult to get first-hand information.

The information I provide is not 100% truth, but what I believe it to be based on research and information gathered from others. If you think I made a mistake please let me know through the contact page. I’m always happy to get feedback!

I will be leaving comments on at the moment in hopes that it will be used to correct and contribute information to the pages. If this is not the case and it becomes a toxic environment where people cannot speak kindly to each other I will be forced to remove the ability to comment.
